Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneur Development was established in 1984 with a view to promote and support management education in the textile city of Coimbatore. Certified as the "Centre of Excellence" by the UGC, the School believes in excellence, which originates from creativity, enterprise and industry. The MBA Programme has been structured so as to incorporate the fundamentals and specifics of business management. The student is taken through simulation of the corporate world, through a series of case studies, role plays, computer aided learning, group discussions and business games. These exercises build camaraderie among the students which is very essential in relationship management.
 
     
 
The alumni have proved their mettle in the tough grind of the corporate world. Their success could be attributed to the rigor and grit of the two years at BSMED.
